This place is great! It was so fun to visit and get a first hand look at the chocolate making process from bean to bar!Their work rooms have large glass windows so you can see the equipment and watch the magic at work!If you call ahead you can schedule a guided tour, we didn't opt to do that, but it's good to know that it's an option! They have several fresh made bars of chocolate our for you to sample, and of course plenty more available for purchase!Their hours are definitely limited so you'd need to plan your trip accordingly, but worth visiting for sure!

Neat little place. It was smaller than I expected for a place offering tours but worth the stop nonetheless. They have one chocolate machine and make all their chocolate by hand. It all tastes amazing and the quality of bean is top notch. If you're looking for a great chocolate bar, this is the place.

They do and you can send a personal message with it on the website www.blackmountainchocolate.com. they have five gift baskets to choose from one to create your own

I don't know, we didn't use it when were there.

There’s a lot behind Mary’s Gourmet Diner and the Famous Toastery. You can then walk on a sidewalk between Mary’s covered porch and the office building just to the north, to come out on Trade Street directly across from BMC. Rumor also has it that the old city lot on the NW corner of Eighth and Trade will soon be available for public parking.

I just went in today and they do not. I believe they use what's in season.
